The mill is situated in Cangzhou City, Hebei Province. Established in 1993, the company spans an area of 350 thousand square meters and possesses total assets worth 680 million Yuan. Currently, it employs a workforce of 680 individuals. Simultaneously, the annual production capacity amounts to 400,000 tons of spiral steel pipes with an output value reaching 1.8 billion Yuan.

The company possesses 13 production lines dedicated to manufacturing spiral steel pipes, as well as 4 production lines specialized in anticorrosion and thermal insulation. These facilities enable the company to produce submerged arc welding spiral steel pipes ranging from Φ219mm to Φ3500mm in diameter, with a wall thickness of 6-25.4mm. The products are marketed under the C&N brand and comply with API Spec 5L standard, ASTM A139, ASTM A252, and EN 10219 standards. SSAW pipes find extensive applications in municipal water and wastewater transmission markets, long-distance transportation of natural gas and oil, as well as pipe piling systems.
